\nFor this process \u00a0the corresponding castings were collected in baskets and successively dipped in different chemicals of up to 480\u00b0C for a certain defined time period.

The mechanical and electrical scope comprised:<\/p>\n

  • Delivery of a wet dedusting system<\/li>\n
  • Replacement of the hydraulic system<\/li>\n
  • Delivery of a preheating furnace<\/li>\n
  • Replacement of the cranes with adaption of steel construction<\/li>\n
  • Replacement of gas burners including renewal\u00a0 of gas and air piping with state of the art instrumentation<\/li>\n
  • Safety Engineering including risk evaluation, -documentation and \u2013validation<\/li>\n
  • Delivery of new safety equipment<\/li>\n
  • Renewal of the entire electrical equipment including cabling<\/li>\n
  • Entire mechanical and electrical engineering<\/li>\n
  • Erection and commissioning during a 2 week summer standstill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
